A&F Chambers are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join our client in Romford. The company who are an industry leading business, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis. Preferably, you will already have experience working within a busy purchase ledger department. More responsibility available in the future. Duties include but are not limited to: Posting invoices Issuing invoices Dealing with any accounting queries as and when required Making payment runs Purchase Ledger Applying for new trade accounts Preparing various management reports Assist with bank receipt postings Any other ad hoc duties as and when required Person Specification: Previous experience in a similar role IT Literate, with experience using Sage & Excel Confident telephone manner Good communications skills, both written and verbal Details: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM Full time, permanent role 25 days holiday Parking available
