The Business partner will very much own, shape and evolve the FP & A function in the business - being able to create something truly special and of real value. This really is a hybrid between an analyst and an FBP and we are looking for someone who demonstrates capability on both fronts. The Business partner in you will then build the relationships with the internal stakeholder group, including the operations and sales, the senior leadership group through to the board to align finance with the business, help make sense of the numbers to enable effective decision making where you yourself will be supported by your own junior assistant (also newly created role) that you can utilise, and develop. The analyst in you will see you help the business really understand and make sense of the numbers, in a business that has a lot of data in various forms where you will be skilled in the manipulation and analysis of data in excel, ideally to an advanced level, helping this business in many forms including cash forecasting as a priority.
