My client who is based in Norwich is seeking an experienced Credit Controller. Key responsibilities include; Chase clients by telephone, fax, email or letter to recover outstanding sums. Have regular meetings with managers providing comments on arrears. Update client contacts on system. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external clients as required. Instruct Enforcement Agents. Instruct Solicitors. Reconciliation of client accounts and resolving client queries. Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent approach is used across the company. Ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience of basic accounting and have good working knowledge of excel / pivot table and VLookup level is advantageous.
