Propsero integrated are looking for an Account Assistant to join our best client in the Maidenhead area Knowledge & Key Skills Holiday & absences input onto Sage HR Daily process mileage & expense claims with Purchase Ledger Work with purchase Ledger to input Supplier invoices Collate Credit card receipts to statements for all card holders Job Costing Work In Progress Fixed assets and analysis for monthly account Training with Sales Ledger on Credit Control, Customer Portals & learn D-tools Tracker reports - speeding & driving styles Quarterly Quarterly Holiday & absence report to Managers Holiday cover for Sales Ledger Holiday cover for Purchase Ledger Inductions &s scanning all HR documents to SharePoint & update Sage HR & BR. Administration & allocation of staff uniforms, tools & door access cards. Look after staff acceptance & returns forms for equipment, phones, PCs, van checks etc. Training on induction of Benefits for staff passing Probation, add new starters & leavers to PHI, Travel insurance & Den Plan etc. New staff - get references, check & scan original driving licence and passport Number plates, DVLA checks & vehicles files. Building facilities, window cleaners etc. Our client is looking for someone with a can do attitude to work and willing to work as a member of a team in a fast paced environment.
