Within Ocado's finance function sits the Ocado Solutions team. The Ocado Solutions finance team are responsible for supporting the business area through financial budgeting and forecasting cycles. Business Partnering with the Ocado Solutions teams to provide strong and effective support, this team works with the colleagues that bring together innovative technologies such as our highly automated warehouses.What you will be doing?Providing financial advice, support and challenge to the Ocado Solutions Team by building effective working relationships at all levels, including Senior Managers within Solutions Business and other departments in the businessProduce period management accounts (Revenue & Capex), analysis and commentary (5 days in the period) and present to Head of FinanceFinancial support for the bidding to implementation process - review contract terms to determine the revenue and costs recognition are sound; undertake client profitability reviews when required; ensure client support via any due diligence processSupport the finance reviews with Ocado Solutions clients as well as liaising directly with clients for finance related queriesLead the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast process for Ocado Solutions.
