The roles are offering £23,000 £25,000 study support and flexible working hours The Role - Monthly completion of reconciliations within remit - Journals updated and posted monthly - Maintain fixed asset register test & run the monthly depreciation, investigate query items, handle capitalisation requests, transfers and disposals of fixed assets - Prepare the quarterly VAT returns and Annual tax pack - Responsible for ensuring all assigned bank balance sheet reconciliations are completed to the required quality with minimal supervision - Driving new processes forward to automate the reconciliation process - Building effective relationships with business finance teams and work with them to clear outstanding reconciling items - Ownership of monthly tasks including updating journals, ensuring deadlines are achieved and rolling forward reconciliation files Your Profile - Experienced within a transactional or monthend position - Ability to work in an everchanging and fastpaced environment - Ability to manage a highvolume workload - Good excel skills Benefits - £23,000 £25,000 - Study support - 25 days holiday bank holidays - Flexible working hours - Free parking - Pension Scheme Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
