DUTIES Your duties and responsibilities as the Part-Qualified Accountant / Performance Control Financial Analyst you: Support Period end close activities (including posting journals, driving improvements to reduce adjustments, producing key reconciliations and supporting balance sheet reviews) Creation of Internal Service Agreements (ISA's) with other Group companies, monitoring costs, performing analysis and ensuring the correct recharge is made Support the internal management reporting process (daily sales (ToGo), flash and expense reporting) Responsibility for controlling costs in local entity including variance analysis and commentary Perform a number of controls as part of the risk and internal control (RIC) process Responsibility for external reporting (Office for National Statistics and tax reporting PAYE settlement agreement) Administration of SAP (cost centre management and purchase order, maintenance, controlling and reconciliation (GRIR)) Support the production of analysis for key stakeholders (e.g. marketing) Provide support to performance controlling team when required CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Studying Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) Excellent analytical skills Numerate, and highly proficient in the use of Excel (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables etc.), Word and PowerPoint Experience of finance ERP systems Ability to manage to tight deadlines with confidence under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance professionals ABOUT THE COMPANY The Company is a leading global medical technology company.
