SF Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business in Swadlincote. You will join a business who have a well known name in the market. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor in a high volume transaction environment, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: - Input and matching of supplier invoices on SAP - Input of Employee Expenses ensuring adherence to company policies - Ensuring the resolution of pricing/delivery/master data/other queries via liaison with local and non-UK-based purchasing /logistics/operations staff. - Liaising with other departments to ensure they are fully appreciative and compliant with company standard procedures necessary for AP performance standards to be met. - Maintain vendor relationships through timely payments and excellent service levels effectively with a very strong 'customer service' ethos. - Supplier statement reconciliations - Admin, Filing and other Ad-Hoc duties as required The successful applicant will have: Strong purchase ledger experience Excel systems experience SAP experience is essential Attention for detail Hardworking and proactive
