Client Details
My client is a leading management consultancy with offices across the UK and Europe. They have a busy finance team based between Bank and Liverpool Street station.
Description
Duties for this Accounts Assistant role, based in the City of London are:
- Produce weekly WIP report for circulation
- Process new project entries
- Process rate adjustments and corrections on the system
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Accounts Receivable invoice processing
- Cash collection and credit control
- Maintain the sales day book and cash book
- Issue and enter invoices onto the system
- Maintain the Debtors Report
- Enter cash receipts onto the system
- Reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant candidate will have a proved track record in debit and credit processing, be happy to muck in with credit control, reconciliation work and general finance adminsitration. You will also be happy to work in a project based business and understand Work In Progress. This is a busy management Consultancy industry business!
My client may consider candidates with an Accounts Receivable background who are looking for / capable of more in their next role.
You should also be able to commute to the City of London with ease.
