Permanent Assistant Credit Manager role based in Trafford Park

You will be working for a rapidly growing business based in Trafford park. The company has grown massively over the last twelve months as it continues to acquire more and more smaller business.

Your new role

The reason for the vacancy is due to the company rapidly growing and more of the Credit function being brought in to this site in Trafford Park. This is a full time, permanent job looking for someone who is prepared to take a step up in seniority and wants to progress their career. The main objective is to motivate the team and build strong relationships with customers. Your day to day duties will include; support the Credit Manager with the implementation of new processes. Process improvement, assist with the day to day management of the team of 10+ Credit Controllers, carry out 121's and reviews with the team, set team targets, allocate work to the team, cash flow forecasting, producing reports for the Credit Manager and carry out escalation of accounts when required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must be prepared to take a step up in your career and to be fully involved with key projects to improve processes. A strong back ground in Credit Control and previous supervisory experience is also an essential along with good excel skills.
