Group Reporting Manager (real estate)

Group reporting manager needed for REIT Plc

Your new company
You will be working for a well known real estate investment trust, based in brilliant offices in Central London. The business are listed on the LSE and have a large portfolio across the UK, USA and Europe. They are looking to bring on a Group Reporting Manager.

Your new role
You will be supporting the CFO and be responsible for the group reporting team, managing the group financial and management reporting. You will take ownership of the audit process and be responsible for the board reporting. The business are also looking at a possible streamlining of the group structure, so you can be involved in the strategy and delivery of this.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive group consolidation experience. Ideally you will have an understanding of REIT's, however this is not essential. You will feel comfortable presenting to board level and have great communication skills.
