Description

As Fund Accountant you will be responsible for the following;

Prepare management accounts for clients on an accrual basis
Develop a clear understanding of clients reporting requirements
Prepare timely and accurate year-end support files for audit
Prepare draft annual and financial statements
Liaise with auditors and tax advisers
Prepare and maintain performance returns
Cash management reports
Work with and provide support to the treasury team

Profile

The successful Fund Accountant will have the following desirable skill set;

Professional accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA or equivalent desirable
Private equity knowledge preferred by not essential
Financial services experience desirable
UK or US GAAP knowledge desirable
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Competent use of MS Excel
German spoken and written desirable not essential
