Payroll Manager
A newly created role is being recruited for a worldwide recognised business with HQ based in Middlesex. This is an opportunity not to be missed. This role will report into senior management and will take responsibility for growing a payroll function whilst ensuring accuracy all HMRC compliance. As Payroll Manager, duties will be: day to day payroll related activities which will include preparation of multi frequency payrolls; preparation of BACS files, administering P45s & P46s; adhering all internal and third party compliance; managing a large team which will involve carrying out appraisals, regular one to ones, recruiting new hires to the team and developing and training the team. In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate strong UK payroll experience and if you have worked on international payrolls that would be beneficial.
