CREDIT CONTROLLER HEMEL HEMPSTEAD UP TO £29,000 PA (DOE) Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a highly reputable and successful organisation in Hemel Hempstead, who are recruiting for a stand-alone Credit Controller. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring all company credit policies are adhered to
• Conducting credit limit checks for new customers
• Chase outstanding monies via phone and email
• Provide weekly reports on the status of customer accounts
• Raise outgoing invoices
• Monitoring of credit ratings
• Query resolution
• Maintenance of customer records on database
• Provision of credit notes as required Skills and attributes required for the role:
• A minimum of 5 years recent credit control experience (ideally at least 2 years within a stand-alone capacity)
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Results-orientated
• A can do attitude Our Client is looking for readily available Candidates who can interview as early as next week and start work ASAP. Travel will be required for an initial period of 4 weeks to conduct a handover and system training, however you will be compensated for your travel expenses.
