Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant required for highly successful, high growth FMCG business in Biggleswade, Central Bedfordshire. This opportunity is perfect for a practice trained or CIMA Qualified accountant looking to gain further commercial experience within a business providing an exceptional working environment. Reporting to the Head Of Commercial Finance this role is a Finance Business Partner to the sales teams across their UK and International markets providing support, challenge and financial insight to optimise commercial performance, enhance decision making and provide visibility of key KPI's to the business. Key Accountabilities are as follows: - Develop and maintain strong Business Partnering support to the assigned UK and International teams - Supporting building of business cases along with P&L preparation and robust challenge of assumptions for key stakeholder markets. - Working alongside sales teams to support pricing and promotions. - Supporting the key stakeholder markets to build robust and realistic budgets and forecasts, providing trending analysis and challenge along with attendance at review meetings with the Sales Director. The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified ACA or CIMA with two years plus PQE ideally within a commercial finance role who has the ability to build good working relationships with stake holders both inside and outside of finance.
