Marks Sattin are working with an established, local Legal Firm assisting in their search for a Billings Analyst. Management of invoice processing (high volume) (excluding credit control) Assisting with any queries related to billings Dealing with a variety of work and working closely with individuals at all levels within the firm Advising in process improvement projects Assisting with others in the Accounts department as needed (including client account, payments from Office Account etc. training will be provided as appropriate Understand and developing documentation for the revenue streams of the business and how they are billed Requirements: Highly numerate and comfortable working with large volumes of data An eye for detail Experience in billing platforms and processes Experience within a Legal or other professional services environment advantageous Competitive salary, Support Staff Bonus scheme, 25 days holiday with the ability to purchase additional, Pension scheme with a 4% employer contribution and more benefits available.
