responsibilities:
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, scanning, matching and recording accounts payables invoices - Process accounts and invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures, agreed KPIs and SLAs - Prepare self bill invoices and arrange payment to the suppliers - Reconcile the accounts payables ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Resolve queries in regards to invoices, invoices on hold in a timely manner and review accounts for debit balances - Prepare and complete supplier statement reconciliations on a periodic basis - Maintain supplier account details and remove suppliers who have not been used for 13 months - Ensure compliance with Internal Control Framework and Delegation of Authority matrix at all times What are we looking for: - Proficiency in English and in MS Office - Customer service orientation and negotiation skills - Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers - High degree of accuracy - Understanding of invoicing and supplier communications - Problem solving skills - Good attention to detail - AAT qualified or potential desire to study an accounting qualification - Proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk - Good Excel skills What can we offer you?
