Due to a period of expansion and increased sales my client based in Team Valley is looking for an additional Credit Controller to join the finance function. This position will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis Key duties; Input of customer payments via, cheques, cash, and DD Preparation of customer credit notes Manage customer card payments Chase overdue payments/debt by phone, email, letter etc. Create new business accounts for customers Raising supplier invoices Managing company debt ledger Manage with customer/account queries The ideal person will be a strong communicator especially when dealing with difficult/sensitive calls, and have account management or some customer services experience alongside finance.
