The range of duties are wide and shared. The Financial Controller sits in the same office as the rest of the team, and so communication occurs openly and frequently. The Finance Team is a valued part of the business and in many respects is involved in the changes as we continue to take the company towards a bright future Skills Required / Preferred: 5 Years' Experience in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Cards & Petty Cash (Required) Intermediate Excel Skills, to include VLOOKUP formula (Required) Experienced with speaking customers and suppliers and negotiating payments (Required) Very Organised (Required) Working with Sage Accounts (Preferred) Used to working in an SOP (Sales Order Processing) type system (Preferred) Main Duties: Purchase Ledger Invoice Processing Invoice Input - Manual Invoice Input - CSV Import Matching Invoices to PO & GRN Ledger Maintenance Standing Data Statement Reconciliation Copy Invoices / Credit Notes Dealing with Queries Payments Using Bank software Matching Payments Sales Ledger Sales Ledger Invoices Credit Control Cash Matching Credit Cards Review Bank Portal Receipts Management Journals Petty Cash Receipts Management Journals
