About The Role: We have a fantastic and rare opportunity to join a family owned business as an Accounts Assistant. Personality is key to success in this role and we are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on and team-orientated individual to join a supportive finance team. For the successful candidate study support is available. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include managing the ledgers, matching, batching and coding purchase invoices, preparing sales invoices, dealing with suppliers and customers, managing foreign currency (FX), VAT returns and management accounts. Requirements: You will either be an enthusiastic individual seeking you next longer-term step into a role that expands your responsibilities or a more experienced individual, able to take on the wider aspects of the position. You should have some previous experience within a finance function and will be a team player who is happy to assist colleagues. Qualifications are not required but are supported should you wish to pursue.
