A leading accountancy firm in Leicester are seeking a Senior OR Semi Senior Accountant for the job detailed below. - Applicants must have experience gained from working in an accountancy practice, but this firm are flexible in other respects. They will consider studiers or those without qualifications but with the practical experience, so partly ACCA qualified, fully qualified ACA or ACCA, AAT studiers / qualified people or those 'part qualified by their experience' will be considered. The role will involve the preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLP's and Ltd Co's. Accounts prepared up to draft stage for partners/managers and post client meeting completion. Preparation of CT600's. Preparation of VAT returns, bookkeeping, management accounts. Ad-hoc office administrative duties. Support, training and CPD will be provided. Candidate required to have good communication skills with clients and staff. Support can be offered in areas that people have less experience with. Sage and Iris experience are preferred but tutoring is available on all IT packages from your Manager. Study packages can be provided for AAT and/or ACCA.
