REED Finance are working exclusively with an amazing SME organisation based in a beautiful setting in rural South East Oxfordshire not far from Wantage. They are looking to recruit a permanent Finance Manager managing a couple of accounts assistants. The role is instrumental in producing all financial information as well as working with other managers to support the organisation operationally. Duties include all areas of finance - monthly management accounts, budgets, cashflows, forecasting, treasury, VAT, company insurances, payroll and pensions together with all controls. To be considered for this role you will either be a fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant with experience of working in an SME environment. You also must be a confident and competent SAGE user - ideally 200. Ideally you will have experience of payroll, pensions and CIS but this is not compulsory. This is a great all round SME Finance Manager role working in a spectacular setting and in a diverse and challenging role.
