Company Information You will be working for a business service organisation who have been operating their client base in the niche market for over 20 years. They have a large presence within the area and expanding into the North West. This role is due to expansion and growth. Main duties You will be reporting to the credit control manager and be working within a team of 6. The main duties will be to provide day to day support of the administration, collection and chasing of outstanding debt and ensuring all systems are kept up to date with the team. You will have a ledger of around 400 accounts within a specific area of the UK. End to End credit control, relationship building and query solving. Requirements Due to the nature of the business It would be good if you: Have recent experience of working with the public in a customer service, collection or complaints environment have strong inter-personal skills, including a confident telephone manner. have the ability to develop effective working relationships, be able to work on their own and in a team and be able to demonstrate a professional approach in all situations. Can prioritise workload, work under pressure and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Benefits Salary up too 20k, pension, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, nice working environment.
