Credit Controller - Hemel - Permanent - £29,000 A fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Credit Controller to join a highly profitable organisation with excellent career opportunities. This role will be based in Hemel Hempstead and salary will be £29,000. This person will be responsible for ensuring company credit and policies are followed through monitoring and resulting in the reduction of accounts receivables balances. Main responsibilities for the Credit Controller will be: Ensure all company credit procedures and policies are followed without exception Allocate credit limits for new customers Monitor exceeding credit limits granted Make phone calls and write letters to customers that have not paid outstanding invoices Review customers with a doubtful credit status Make a decision about relinquishing a claim Liaise with external agencies to ensure that all credit policies are followed Report weekly about outstanding orders and customer payment status Process outgoing invoices Daily monitoring of changes in credit ratings via online system Raise credit notes To be successful in this role you will: Have previous experience working within credit control Knowledge of relevant, regulations and best practices Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs Experience of Netsuite is desired Strong communication skills The role of Credit Controller will be based in Hemel Hempstead and have a salary of 29,000 and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, health care, flexible working and other company specific benefits.
