Financial Accountant

Your new company
A successful privately owned commercial business are looking to recruit a qualified accountant to be based at their offices near Colchester, Essex

Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director you will manage a team of two and have responsibility for the timely and accurate production of financial statements, monthly management reporting, VAT returns and adhoc company secretarial duties. As part of the role you will also assist the Managing Director with the ongoing review and development of processes, controls and IT systems.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with broad financial and management accounting experience and strong IT skills. Previous experience of people management or mentoring would be an advantage but is not essential.
