We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established retailer in Long Eaton for a 6-month temporary contract. To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials: Experience in a similar role Experience of processing invoices, credit notes & payments Strong communication skills A high level of computer literacy Within this position, you'll also be: Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and payments Matching invoices with PO numbers Preparing and processing weekly BACS payment runs alongside the management accountant Matching of payments to invoices Reconciling supplier statements and ensure queries are dealt with Chasing outstanding debt with customers Allocating cash received to customer accounts Salary & Working Hours Salary is £20,000 per annum, pro rata Working hours are Monday - Friday Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
