Salary:
£22,000.00 Starting: ASAP Position: Temp to Perm Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch unpaid Requirements/duties: Purchase Ledger experience Sales Ledger experience if possible Sage 50 experience essential Entering invoices to the ledger General support to the Accounts Manager Reconciling PO's to Invoices Raising and resolving invoice queries Price checking/cross matching information Statement reconciliation/dealing with differences General admin Reception Cover Answering calls Filing and tea making Other skills/traits required Excellent communication & Organisation skills Work within a team As well as work independently Friendly & Approachable Accounts minded A high level of Attention to detail needed Good time keeping and time management Enthusiastic Able to use own initiative Willingness to Learn new challenges Office Workforce are responsible for thousands of temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.
