This leading Investment Bank in Docklands are currently looking for 2 Float EAs within 2 different divisions (Investment Banking Division and Global Capital Markets) to undertake long term temporary assignments. Integral to this role is the ability to build and forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients both domestically and internationally and thus excellent communication skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a diverse and busy department. Day to day duties will include: extensive diary management booking international travel making visa arrangements processing expenses maintaining the client relationship management system (CRM) event management and other administrative tasks as required An excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious organisation with fantastic offices and be a part of a dynamic and proactive network of EAs.
