FP&A Manager - JKS Restaurants Group JKS are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) to join the Finance team at Head Office. As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A), you will be responsible for performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of our Finance Director. JKS Restaurants' portfolio currently includes Michelin Star-awarded restaurants, Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table and Lyle's; as well as Bubbledogs, Hoppers, Bao, Xu, Sabor and Motu. There are ambitious plans for growth, with the opening of further restaurants across all ends of the market and types of cuisine, both imminently and over the coming years, making this is a very exciting time to join the team. The Successful FP&A Manager role will involve:
• Ownership of the 5-year financial model.
• Developing own models and, where appropriate, improve existing models.
• Weekly cash flow forecast.
• Ownership of Budget & Reforecast process.
• Ownership of daily/weekly restaurant reporting
• Key P&L KPI analysis including Sales/GP/Staff costs analysis - PDR utilisation, restaurant capacity analysis, spend per head, theoretical v actual gross margin variances, staff cost optimisation and site by site comparisons. As FP&A Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
• Advanced Excel experience
• Comfortable with Pivot Tables, VlookUps, Index/Match, SumIfs, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Personable and able to work alongside restaurant managers and head chefs to produce budgets and reforecasts and generally analyse.
• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience of Procure Wizard/Fourth People System would be advantageous.
• Ideally experience within a multi-site operation in retail/hospitality industry but not essential
• Experience in Power Query, Macros, Visual Basic - advantageous When you become part the JKS family, we will offer you:
