Due to their rapid and continued growth, my client are looking for a Finance Business Partner, reporting to their Head of Finance. They own and operate a group of outstanding businesses' across the UK. They have been identified as one of London Stock Exchange's 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain, a report celebrating the UK's fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium-sized businesses. The opportunity: The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing analysis and insight on company performance. You will partner with a number of practices in a specific geographical location. You will analyse these practices performances, their areas of strengths and areas of improvement, and you will communicate this information in a user-friendly way. Duties include, but are not limited to; Creating schedules for payment of the clinical staff in your area Understanding the practice performance and communicating this information as appropriate Carrying out month end duties to complete the accounts with full understanding of drivers of variance to planned performance Prepare and communicate practice KPI, including clinician hours and hourly rates, looking at utilisation % etc Attending monthly regional meeting to discuss practice performance with Operations and Practice Managers Monitoring other key controls relating to cash management, debtors and creditors and capital spend Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process What I'm looking for: Part qualified or qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience of working within a high volume, process driven environment Results driven with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced business Excellent, well rounded communication skills with experience of stakeholder management Ability to offer first class levels of customer service to all colleagues Confidence to provide solutions to colleague queries & problems Strong personal organisation skills to prioritise effectively to get the job done Strong IT skills (especially within Excel) Integration/transactional experience would be beneficial but not essential
