An opportunity has arisen within a growing business in Stockton, currently looking to appoint a Financial Controller to manage the day to day financial controls. The business plans to grow organically and you will reporting directly to the Managing Director. The client is looking for someone to manage the monthly management pack and team. Responsibilities
• Duties include;
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
• Preparing complex sales invoices for distribution to clients.
• Posting all purchase ledger invoices
• Posting cash to the ledgers
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Checking expense and time recoding system for accuracy.
• Analysing time worked by consultants on business development and reallocating the costs accordingly
• Variance analysis
• Monitoring of KPI's.
• Budget management
• Working with external accountants for yearend audit and other ad hoc tasks.
