Full-time, office-based in Basildon, SS14 3EZ About You You have a working knowledge of the UK financial advisory, tax, pensions and investment landscape. Ideally, you hold the Diploma in Financial Planning. You might already work in financial services, as a paraplanner, financial services administrator etc... and are looking to use your knowledge in another area of the industry. You will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to distil complex ideas into easily understood format. Think you fit the bill, then read on About Us Timeline is the next-gen retirement income software used by financial planners to illustrate, create and manage sustainable withdrawal strategy for their clients. It's used by advisers in the UK, US and other developed countries across the world. Timeline's extensive empirical asset class and longevity data help financial advisers bring a client's retirement journey to life and answer their big retirement income questions. The Job You'll join our sales and business development team and will: Lead the way in helping our financial adviser clients get the best out of the Timeline software: This could be responding to a variety of queries from technical financial planning to 'how to' system queries. You'll run live demos for existing users as we develop the software and add new content and features. Help expand our online help centre with answers to FAQs and self-help videos, making this the 'go to' place for our users. Write insanely brilliant and thought provoking articles for financial advisors on retirement and sustainable withdrawal framework. Manage UK and US platform integration for financial advisors. Contribute to other relevant projects and events within the team and at a wider firm level. Your Package Competitive salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
