You will be expected to be: Ambitious Expert Agile Helpful, and Do the right thing Main Duties and Responsibilities We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team in Reading. The Finance Team supports the business in a number of ways. It raise sales invoices to clients, pays supplier bills and employee expenses and produces timely, accurate and relevant financial information that meets the needs of the business and fulfils statutory reporting requirements. The role will be part of the accounts receivable team and will involve raising sales invoices and liaising with both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for: Issue of circa 1500 invoices per month by email or post. Ensuring records of the invoices issued are recorded correctly. Maintain records on systems NetSuite and Openair. Maintain and update excel spreadsheets. Liaise with the wider business to resolve queries. Assist credit controller with sending out monthly statements. Other ad hoc duties as required Job Requirements Essential Experience of working in an administration role, ideally with a finance team but not essential. Flexible approach. Excellent organisational skills Able to demonstrate a methodical approach Desirable Ideally GCSE Maths Grade C.
