Group Treasury is an integral part of the Group Finance function and the treasury team member will work closely with the Treasury Manager The Job Daily Cash & Liquidity Management Support Front Office with global cash management Continue to improve and report on Daily Cash with highlights Liaison with Op. Co for Daily Cash submissions Assist with RCF utilisation, rollovers and interest PP Notes interest Cashflow forecasting (13CFF) Consolidation and reporting of weekly 13CFF Group Reporting of fin. Indebtedness and forecasting of Net Debt / covenants Cash planning, matched funding and cash repatriations Working capital management Intercompany reporting Maintain Intercompany loan register and documentation (Treasury Call A/c L/T loans) Publish monthly Intercompany schedule with accrued interest to Op Co Liaison with Op Co and Group Finance FX swaps / IRS risk management Maintain Hedge register for cross currency swaps and IRS Collate end of month MTM fair valuations of fin. Derivatives from banks ABC IFC pensions reporting Provide daily reporting on pensions contribution compliance with limits, receivables and keeping Assignee bank account security to a minimum Organise for addition and removal of receivables to maintain min. limit Maintain financial excel calculation model General Banking and mandate Act as Inputter for Treasury transactions on online banking platforms Liaison with relationship banks on daily operational maters Maintain up to date Global database of all bank accounts signatories The Person Degree, Accounting qualification desirable 1 to 2 years prior exposure working in a treasury for a FTSE international Corporate High attention to detail, end to end problem solving initiative, highly skilled in advanced excel and strong analysis skills.
