Westhoughton, Bolton The Company: BID Group Ltd is an established, Bolton based, industrial door company. With sites in the Midlands North-East and Scotland and over 55 teams of mobile engineers we install, service, repair and maintain all types of industrial doors, dock levellers, high speed doors, automatic doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles across the UK The Role: An opportunity has arisen for a full-time, experienced, finance assistant to work from our offices in Westhoughton, Bolton. Working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday the successful candidate will be joining a small and professional team to support the purchase ledger and wider finance duties. Key duties will include: Processing supplier invoices Handling communications with customers and suppliers Reconciling Statements Processing Bank Payments Bank Reconciliations Petty Cash / Fuel / Phone bill analysis Delivery note processing / chasing Time sheet processing Other finance duties as required The Candidate: To be successful in this role you should be working towards your AAT qualification or have a minimum of 1 years relevant experience, be commercially minded and able to work to strict deadlines both on your own and as part of a team. Good numerical skills, proficiency in MS excel and attention to detail are essential. Benefits: A competitive salary of £17,000 - £20,000 p.a. dependant on experience. 30 days (including statutory holidays) flexible annual leave.
