THE BUSINESS: We are a large, attractive country estate looking to appoint a Finance and Treasury Manager. THE JOB: Reporting to the Executive Director you will play an important role in managing the accounts, treasury reporting and financial and project analysis for the Estate. You will be supporting the Executive Director in the delivery of a new more efficient management structure. This varied role will have full responsibility for the following duties: Initiating structural changes to the financial management of the Estate Management of all financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial data. Assisting the annual audit Preparing financial budgets with department heads Managing all treasury and banking matters First point of contact with key partners and stakeholders Manage and develop current financial systems and procedures THE PERSON: The ideal candidate should possess the following experience and attributes: ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified Knowledge of Landmark Prime accounts package preferred Energy and the drive to deliver structural change to tight timescales Experience of TUPE legislation preferred but not essential Property experience would be an advantage IT literate. Must have first class communication skills, preferably with experience of working with Trustees. Strong systems and process skills. New systems implementation experience would be preferred. Confident, driven and able to work on your own initiative whilst being a team player The role offers a genuine opportunity to influence the future shape and operation of the Estate
