Ideal for a finalist / qualified accountant. An extremely broad role within a Lloyd's underwriter which will provide exposure to both the the syndicate and corporate accounting functions. The role will be extremely progressive initially commencing with the production of trial balances for a number of corporate entities (progressing to full account preparation), assisting with the preparation of some of the Lloyd's returns, strong involvement in the production of insurance technical accounts, oversight of cashbooks and balance sheet control. Additionally, there will be a number of key projects including the further development of the accounting system. The company have demonstrated an excellent track record in developing its staff, providing first class training and career opportunities. Previous Lloyd's experience is not a requirement.
