Accounts Receivable Officer Sector: Hospitality

Location:
Central London Length of assignment: Permanent Looking for candidates with Hospitality and Opera experience. Job Description:
• Reporting to the Financial Controller and Staff Accountant
• Processing sales ledger invoices and preparing city ledger adjustments using Opera
• Running and producing reports using Opera
• Handling all credit requests from in-house guests Ensuring the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to individual accounts Verifying the accuracy and balances of accounts receivable Reconciling accounts receivable trial balance with the general ledger
• Ad hoc finance duties Skills and Qualifications required:
• Hospitality experience
• Used the Opera system
•

Salary:
£23'000 - 26'000 (depending on experience)
