Our clients are looking for a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant with an extensive Finance background. The team are developing new and exciting retail schemes within train stations. You will need: Essential
• A strong understanding of business needs and previous experience of accounting standards.
• To be a qualified accountant or at the minimum part qualified.
• Proven experienced creating and maintaining accounts/annual budgets.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel such as Modelling and solving problems within the software. Desirable
• An understanding of Project Management principles and managing complex projects.
• Oracle experience. The role:
• You will Be the main provider of financial advice and guidance to Senior Budget holders to help them understand the impact of the period results and forecasts.
• You will be the subject matter expert in the function of accounting practices and advice on financial results.
• Be responsible for managing corporate governance throughout cost centres, conducting deep dives and reviewing compliance with financial regulations.
• Engage and influence senior members of the team to help them understand their financial position and use professional expertise to guide in initiatives to improve business performance.
