We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Finance Business Partner at our sites in Warton and Samlesbury. We are currently recruiting for several Finance Business partner roles across our Air Europe & International (E&I) part of the business. These roles are based at our Warton and Samlesbury sites in the North West of England. Here, we are responsible for the delivery of our European & International commitments for Typhoon, Tornado and Hawk, including production of Aircraft, upgrades to the capability of our in-service fleets and providing through life support to our diverse range of international customers. As a joining an established Finance team of c. 180 staff that provides business partner support to multi-million-pound contracts and to the different functions and shared services across the Europe & International business. Your main responsibilities as a Senior Finance Business Partner will involve: Supporting the delivery of all internal and external reporting requirements, including; business plans, forecasts, balance sheets and contracts status reports (CSR's) Supporting the business as appropriate in ensuring all financial targets are achieved, including; working with cross functional stakeholders, provision of management information and driving business performance Providing financial support to key stakeholders (including Project Management, procurement and Commercial)- including; problem solving, query answering and financial analysis and challenge. Focusing on maintaining and improving financial controls through understanding Accounting Standards, adherence to and improvement of financial processes, support to internal and external audit queries Your skills and qualifications: Essential Preferably has experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with non-Finance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders Good interpersonal skills, ability to reprioritise to meet key deadlines, good communication skills, ability to challenge and influence the business and proactive Advanced Excel skills preferable. What we're looking for in you: You must have excellent people skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business at all levels with ease and diplomacy.
