We are PrettyGreen. An Independent, Award-Winning Agency for PR Less Ordinary. We're looking for a friendly and numbers-driven apprentice to join our team as our new Finance Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must have a desire to pursue a career in Finance and be able to provide full support to the Finance team. A typical day: Support the Finance Team in day-to-day tasks Complete company credit card reconciliations: checking invoices and recites to credit card statements Petty Cash reconciliation Purchase ledger support Bookkeeping Office management support What makes a good candidate? Numbers are your thing You must enjoy working with numbers and be able to do basic calculations You have to be organised and tidy You have to be focused and results-driven You need to be interested in media and the power of advertising You must have a desire to pursue a career in Finance Entry Requirements: Five GCSE grades C - A (or 4-9), including Maths and English Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent) B at GCSE Maths Benefits: Bike to work scheme Social events Casual dress code Amazing location Flexible working hours Pet-friendly office WhiteHat community Pension Working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri Included in qualification: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) apprenticeship Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit. What's next: After your Accounting apprenticeship progress into a full-time role as Junior Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Junior Tax Consultant or Audit Assistant. You can also complete the ACCA qualification into Chartered Accountancy.
