Due to an internal promotion, a permanent position as an IFA Practice Director has arisen to join this well established and driven business. You will be joining a team of experienced Financial Planners and Paraplanners who provide an award winning service, retaining and working with some of the wealthiest clients across the south. Your new role Within your new role as a Practice Director, you will be required to build relationships, manage and develop Financial Planners, Paraplanners and support staff. This role is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who has solid sales management experience and is looking to take on the next stage of his career and manage an IFA practice. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as an IFA Manager Successful track record of financial planning Chartered or working towards chartership What you'll get in return You'll be offered a competitive salary of £120,000 - £140,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
