Assistant Business Controller required for Atlas Copco Tools We are seeking an experienced individual with a solid finance background to join our team, and support the Business Controller in the following areas: Providing excellent business data using analytical tools and skills. This will ensure support to general management in controlling business risks and responding to business opportunities. Implementing effective business control processes and tools. Co-ordinate the reporting process to safeguard accuracy, efficiency and compliance with Group and Statutory requirements. Initiate and follow-up corrective actions when needed. Utilize and share leading practices through interaction with other parts of the Group. Initiate/safeguard training in business control, including "The Way" in the whole organization. Key

Responsibilities:
Maintain scorecards, prepare financial information for management and develop reports in order to support business decisions Assist the Business Controller in compiling and reviewing Group and Statutory financial reports to ensure the accuracy and compliance Coordinate with external and internal auditors Review, follow-up and improve internal control processes Support the safeguarding of the company's assets, with focus on: - Stock - ensuring procedures are robust and followed, with regular stock checks made and stock levels matched or adjusted in a timely manner. - WIP - ensuring WIP is controlled and routinely validated - Debtors - support credit control with the development of reporting that enables efficient collection of debts Communicate and liaise with internal partners such as Business Services and colleagues to ensure the business is supported in the best possible way. Experience requirements: To be successful in this role we expect the candidate to have: 3 years financial experience delivering practical accounting knowledge Strong knowledge of SAP Educational requirements We are looking for a person with solid financial background, preferably studying towards a degree or equivalent in finance, business administration or accounting. Fluent in both verbal and written English. Personality requirements Excellent analytical capabilities and a service minded approach are essential.
