Reporting to the CEO & Chairman you shall: Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function Prepare strong Management Information for leadership team Handle investor relations, ensuring questions are answered in a timely manner Ensure strong cash flow Setting up new overseas entities Supporting with Due Diligence on additional fund raising Ensuring statutory obligations are met Managing relationships with suppliers and customers To be considered for this role you shall Have experience on managing investors Be a qualified accountant Have worked for an SME Strong communication skills Experience of working within an international business
