Reporting directly into the CFO, your key responsibilities will include: Managing and reporting client job profitability and revenue recognition; Analysing business performance (revenue forecasting, utilisation, client profitability, trend analysis) and Budgeting and forecasting, providing explanations on variances and business performance Maintaining relationships with key internal and external clients Presenting financial information and reports to non-finance stakeholders in the agency Creating new internal reporting and planning processes to improve the flow of financial information Supporting in the negotiation of commercial contracts and SOWs Managing a small Commercial Finance team Ideal candidate: Qualified ACCA/CIMA with relevant post-qualified experience, ideally in a creative services industry Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment working across multiple accounts at a given time Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills Strong team management and leadership skills
