A great opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a fastpaced manufacturing business in a permanent role based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. As Financial Analyst you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to effectively support the operational team with costings, variances, wastage, WIP and work together to achieve KPIs The key responsibilities for this Financial Analyst role are: - Preparation and analysis of costing and management information for the manufacturing site - Providing ongoing financial analysis, input and explanations of costs and variances on manufacturing overheads - Tracking and reconciling reporting for the site - Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting - Weekly / Monthly reporting and attendance at senior team meetings - Assisting the factory team with invoice queries & supplier statement queries, liaising with outside agencies - Ad hoc, proactive investigation, reports and financial propositions relevant to business/ function strategy and performance As Financial Analyst you will benefit from: - A competitive salary of between £26,000 to £30,000 plus benefits package - Good accessible location commutable from York, Scarborough, Hull, Bridlington, Driffield, Whitby and surrounding areas - Free onsite parking - Working for a well established, successful global market leader To be considered for this Financial Analyst position and be successful in the post, you will need the following: - CIMA or ACCA qualification or qualified through equivalent experience - Previous experience within a manufacturing environment - Ability to set own deadlines and work without supervision - Strong systems knowledge including advanced Excel To apply for this great Interim Financial Analyst opportunity, click apply below.
