Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant or Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a varied role? Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are pleased to be working with a highly successful business based in South Oxfordshire to help source an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. The role offers a lot of responsibilities and is a role that will offer a lot of exposure in Accounts. The role offers a salary of up to £26,000 p/a, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension and potential career growth. The Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monthly Cashbook Reconciliations Downloading daily bank statements Emailing out daily receipts and payments summary (CEO, NED and Finance) Posting bank payments, bank receipts, reconcile prior day Weekly Reviewing all debtors, ensuring all receipts and refunds are allocated correctly Chasing debts and other aspects of credit control All aspects of Purchase Ledger The role is ideally suited to an experienced and ambitious Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk who is looking for their next step, or an experienced Accounts Assistant. This is a very busy role, so you will need the ability to work under pressure and with high volumes. Experience with Excel and accounting packages are key.
