Gateshead Job Purpose Act as owner for the central costs (Marketing/RD&I) accounting month end. Responsible for all prepayments, accruals and journal postings for associated cost centres. Responsible for the full month end submission into HFM in line with the corporate time table. Act as Finance point of contact for any RD&I tax claims and any related national statistics submissions. Act as a business partner to cost centre managers and report their numbers in a timely manner. Own the reconciliation process between TM1 and HFM systems for Global BUMPY. Act as system administrator to TM1 and maintain associated submission models for the system. Support FP&A Manager to deliver business/function performance, planning/budgeting/forecasting projections and actual reporting. Provide business and functions with analytical support, timely and relevant financial analysis related to the on-going business/functional results. Extracts financial data from various accounting and information systems and performs financial analysis of business/function figures. Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, results and variance analysis. Provide business and functions with insightful analytical support, timely and relevant financial analysis related to the on-going business/functional results, ad-hoc analysis, help drive long and mid-term business planning of Commercial/ISC/G&A in the assigned BU/region. Continuous improvement Proactively seek opportunities to improve and standardise data reports to gain efficiency.
