They are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Assistant Finance Manager As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will assist the Finance Director and proactively work with departments to reduce costs, improve productivity and streamline existing business processes. Key responsibilities include: Providing an effective financial / management accounting service which meets the needs of the business Reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring that back up documentation is also complete Preparation & submitting of accurate and timely VAT returns, IPR returns and other government returns and statistics Assisting the manufacturing managers to analyse and justify requirement for new capital equipment, changes in working practices etc Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required Assistant Finance Manager ACCA/CIMA qualified Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
