Reed Finance are currently supporting an organisation near Banbury to recruit a Finance Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract basis. Managing a direct team of 4 you will oversee all areas of finance including budgets, monthly management accounts, project accounting, systems, ledgers, reporting, controls and developing the team. This role has been created whilst the incumbent has been seconded to work on an internal project. Duties will include - Producing budgets, budget analysis and reporting Statutory reporting Treasury Maintain and develop financial systems Annual business planning VAT and payroll Bank Reconciliations Managing a transactional team - direct 4 and indirect 10 To be considered for this role you will ideally be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
